Hello Singapore Gooners,
For 70 minutes this morning, more than 70 Gooners present at Molly Bras Basah and millions worldwide knew we had some momentum to perhaps, just perhaps, cause an upset against FCB. But football is played over 90 mins, not 70. Double dose of that “Messi-ah” has made our 2nd leg an uphill task. I’m sure the team is gutted after a much improved performance.
Forget MSN, we had WOG (try figuring that out!) but we’re not there yet. Welbeck and Walcott showed some promise but we just fired blanks. The name of the game is to SCORE, not just defend. So if we snooze, we lose. There is still all to play for in the 2nd leg. Even a 5% chance is STILL a chance. #ididnthearthefatladysingyet
Plus with the weekend 0-0 stalemate against the “Flamingo Land”-sponsored Tigers of Hull FC, we’ve got some pretty taxing games coming up. That’s 7 Arsenal matches in 21 days coming up. So get your Red Bull/Milo Dinosaur/Vitagen ready!

And so finally, it’s down to another showdown this Sunday. No, I’m not referring to Madonna’s concert at the National Stadium in Singapore. The other showdown in Manchester when we take on Manure at their turf. It’s been an unpredictable LVG team all season long so you’re not show which one will show up. Can we hit the final nail in LVG’s coffin and seal his fate once and for all?
Will Welbeck and Campbell start and score? Will Coq be our beast in midfield? Will you still sing loud and proud?
Kick-off is Sun 28th Feb, 10pm at Molly Bras Basah.
