While you’re enjoying this lovely weekend, I have 2 updates for you.
1. Arsenal 5K Run @ Saturday 16 July
Previously known as BABGAR (Be a Gunner, Be a Runner) Run, Arsenal FC has renamed it this family fun event to Arsenal 5K Run this year. We saw 15,000 Arsenal fans across 30 countries run for the Arsenal Foundation in 2015.
Just like in the past 3 years, 100% of all fees collected will be donated to the Arsenal Foundation. Last year, Arsenal Singapore donated a grand total of S$5,000! (Do read up online about the Arsenal Foundation and how it supports a range of community and charitable projects in the UK and overseas.)
This event will be held on Saturday 16th July, 10am at National Stadium. We held it at the same location last year for the first time and everyone enjoyed running circles (outside) the stadium.
Registration fees for all current members is set at $50 for adults and $30 for U-18s. Non-members have to pay just $10 more for each category. Registration will be held at Molly Roffey’s Bras Basah outlet only on these dates:
Fri 1st July, 7pm to 9pm
Sat 9th July, 1pm to 3pm

Submit the form to Connie and Tony with your payment (CASH only) on 1st or 9th July.
Upon signing up, participants will immediately receive a unique Arsenal Singapore running cap (specially produced only for Singapore participants) on the registration dates above. I’ve seen the running cap and it looks REALLY GOOD! We will also conduct a lucky draw on the day of the run with some fabulous prizes up for grabs!!
So round up your fellow Gooners, families and friends to join us. You can walk, jog or even crawl. It’s a non-competitive FUN RUN of only 5km so anyone can definitely do it.

2. Arsenal Match Tickets
BPL match tickets for the first 2 home matches in the new 2016/17 season are now open for booking. Send your applications to Umarani at tickets@arsenalsingapore.com
