Dear Singapore Gooners,
August means only ONE thing. It’s the month of Red & White!
EPL kick-off is 11 days away. The Arsenal had a friendly kickabout in USA recently and won both games. Lots of players, young ones especially, had a good workout and shone in both matches. Will they make it to the first team for the 2016/17 season?
We are still on the lookout for another player, or two.
Who will he/they be?
Will they look good in Red, you ask? Fingers crossed.
Here’s the latest developments from us.
1. Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2016
This will be held on Saturday 27th August at 6.30pm at Molly. This annual session will allow us to reflect on our club’s achievements last year and what we have in store for you this coming season. It will be on the night of Watford game at 10pm so stick around to catch the game after the AGM.

2. Battle Of Europe 2016 – England Masters vs Germany Masters
Masters Football Asia (MFA) is bringing their annual match-up between European football legends to Singapore on November 12th, 2016 at the Singapore National Stadium. Fans in Singapore can look forward to welcoming beloved European football heroes such as Des Walker, Paul Parker, Steve McNanaman (Inggerland) and Lothar Matthäus, Thomas Häßler, Guido Buchwald (Germany) as they play out one of the most watched football rivalries in a one-off 11-a-side, 80-minute game.
Singapore Gooners are entitled to an EXCLUSIVE promo of 15% discount when they purchase the tickets online at www.mastersfootball.com and enter the code “BOE15” on the website. The promo code is only valid until 24 August 2016. The full line-up is not confirmed but possible Arsenal legends could include Jens (Mad Jens) Lehmann, Ray (Romford Pele) Parlour and Nigel (Nutty) Winterburn.

4. Membership Renewal & Sign-ups
If you haven’t renewed your membership or wish to sign up your partner/parents/children/neighbour/best friend/colleague, I highly urge you to do it on 14th August (Liverpool game) or on any match night this August.

5. Collection of Membership Cards
Some of our members still have not collected their membership cards from 2015. Your last chance to collect them is 27th August 2016 (Watford game). We can’t keep them for you any longer. Also you may collect your yellow scarves or the all-new polo t-shirt by producing your receipts/membership cards to our Exco team on match nights. We are running out of storage space to hold them for you. Thanks for your understanding on this, Gooners.
