Good afternoon Gooners,
It was truly a merry month of May! It’s been only 6 days since The Arsenal last won a trophy!
An absolutely lion-hearted, gutsy and memorable team performance led us to clinch the FA Cup for a record 13th time. Not forgetting the heroics of Der Kapitän, Per Mertesacker! No wonder Arsenal legend Martin Keown has labelled last week’s final as “The Per Mertesacker Final”! I don’t think anyone can really argue with that. Awesome stuff at Wembley!
It was also fantastic to see over 450 Gooners gather at FIVE Square last Saturday. You guys were tremendous!! Thanks to our sponsor Budweiser, 18 beautiful lucky draw prizes were given away and obviously everyone went home smiling.
I don’t know about you but I only slept at 7am on Sunday morning!! We ended our 1st season at FIVE Square with a REAL TROPHY, the FA CUP! Has it sunk in yet? LOL
So what now? Wenger has renewed his contract (*cue sigh/groan/relief*). Whatever your allegiance is, it’s time for all fans to unite and make The Arsenal great again!
Let’s see how we rotate our squad – who is coming, who is leaving? We have 3 months to figure it out. I guess the only thing for sure is we have signed a new left-back from Schalke, Sead Kolasinac.

2. Arsenal Sydney Tour 2017
It’s been 40 years since Arsenal last visited Australia and we have 40 Gooners from Arsenal Singapore who have purchased tickets through the club.
Arsenal v Sydney FC on Thursday 13th July 2017
Arsenal v Western Sydney Wanderers on Saturday 15th July 2017
We have received the tickets from the Australian organizers and you will be contacted to collect them by next week.
