The results didn’t go our way for the past 2 games unfortunately, but all to play for still in the Europa League and the performances of our young players at Old Trafford bode well for us if they continue to develop. Maitland-Niles was selected as Man Of The Match in spite of being on the losing team. Mavropanos also looked very impressive.
On Friday morning, 4th May at 305am, we play Atletico away in the second leg of the Europa League Semi-Final and this is it, do or die, 2 wins from a trophy and get back into the Champions League next season. Five Square WILL BE OPEN for this match, same terms as last week, $15 cover charge which includes 1 drink, and this is from midnight onwards. Come on Singapore Gooners, support them and The Gunners and show up!!
And on Sunday, 6 May at 1130pm, is the final home game for Arsene Wenger for us, as we play Burnley. Beat them and we will in all probability finish no lower than 6th. There will be a special send off for Arsene too: https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=10155967108032713&id=20669912712, so join us to watch this very emotional match. Doors open at 10pm*** and signups and renewals are from 10pm to 11pm (second last session till August).
