Hello Fellow Singapore Gooners,

That was rather close but we really needed the 3 points last Saturday! Happy to see our Nacho, Nacho Man and Dat Guy Welbz score for us! Approximately 150+ Singapore Gooners joined us at Five Square for the screening, many thanks to those of you who showed up!! What happened to the rest of you who didn’t? Come and join us this Sunday ok?

Five Square will be open for our away game at Cardiff on Sunday 2 Sep, EARLY k.o. at 830pm. Doors open at 630pm and signups/renewals from 7pm. It’s a Sunday but we will be done by 1030pm and the trains are still running so do make an effort to join us. Also, there will be no match next weekend due to the internationals break and the next game won’t be until 15 Sep.

Our awesome limited edition renewal mugs are running out, about 80 left so come and get them before they are gone. #dunsaywebojioyou

Last weekend we also held our AGM and we’ve elected the following (unopposed) to the Exco:

We also have 2 new volunteers to join the Exco, Edwin Tan and Ian Lim, they will help out in Events and Social Media amongst other general ad hoc responsibilities.

We’d like to also thank Umarani Jayapal and Sherwin Lim who have requested to step down. They have both been very valued members of the Exco and have served the club superbly and we wish them the best and hope they will come back in the future!
