Arsenal Singapore Newsletter, 11 September 2018

Hello Fellow Singapore Gooners,

We’re still in the interlull and as usual there’s news of an Arsenal player injury already. Torreira was subbed at half time with an injury to his left calf, let’s hope he won’t be out for the rest of the season!

The Premier League is back this weekend and Five Square will be screening our away game at St James Park against Newcastle on Saturday 15 Sep at 10pm. Signups and renewals begin at 830pm. Reminder, only 3 signup/renewal sessions before we hold the lucky draw for the certified and signed Arsenal shirt (please see our Facebook page for a photo and details). Due to our involvement in the Europa League, there won’t be many Saturday night kickoffs after this month so come down and support the team #noexcusesplease

We were just informed last night about the visit of our Invincible Lauren in Singapore today and tomorrow! There are 2 opportunities to meet him in events sponsored by Acronis.

The first is:
1. Time: September 11th, 17:30-19:00
2. Venue: Yusof Ishak Secondary School, Bukit Batok Avenue
3. Format: Lauren to lead the kids in practice for a short while & then play them ALL in a cool charity match!
4. It’s open to the public! You can view the game and get a chance to have a photo with Lauren plus see him playing a Friendly match

The second is tomorrow lunch time:
Bugis Junction at 12PM to 1PM on September 12th and get exclusive photos & awesome gifts signed by the Arsenal Legend! #03-03, Lenovo Store by AddOn, Bugis Junction.

Finally, as part of our effort to improve our digital platform, we are considering having a smartphone app developed if the cost is feasible. If any of you are Android and Apple app developers or know of one and would like to help us with this, please email@

That’s it for this week,

Come On Arsenal!!

Best wishes,
Jin Yan
