Well we didn’t get 12 Wins in a row but we are unbeaten after 13 … so only 36 more to go … 😀 😀 😀 (yes, yes, I know the 49 were PL games but baby steps right?)
OK we host the scousers this Sat 3 Nov (early Sun 1:30am k.o.) and Five Square will stay open for this match. So come down and cheer on The Arsenal. Massive 6 pointer for us, they have not lost a game yet and we have to be the ones to smash the mugsmashers! (readers of arseblog will get it, lol) #therecanonlybeone #invincibles
Five Square will NOT be open for the Arsenal v Wolves game next weekend and due to the international break after, there will be no game at Five Square till 25 Nov. So come down to collect your membership cards. Renewals and signups for 2018/19 have now ended (till April 2019 for the next season).
Last night we beat Blackpool 2-1 to progress to the quarter-finals of the Carabao Cup and we will play tottnum at home next on 18 or 19 Dec. #whaddyathinkoftottnum?
We are also ready to take signups for the year end party on 8 Dec, from 7:30pm to 9:30pm, this will precede the Arsenal v Huddersfield game at 11pm. There will be a free buffet dinner (no pork, no beef and 2 vegetarian dishes) as well as fun games and prizes. As mentioned a few weeks ago, we are collecting a $10 payment per person as last year we had a free event and too many members signed up and no showed. Members can bring one guest each and it’s first come first served for 100 attendees. The $10 charge will be fully donated to Children’s Aid Society which we have supported for many years.
