We didn’t beat the scousers but hey we’re now 14 games undefeated!! And the Gunners played really well and with passion and guts! #wehavegotourarsenalback
A few weeks ago we had a lucky draw for a signed Arsenal shirt for those who signed up or renewed for this season. Wely was the lucky Gooner who won it and here he is being presented the shirt by our club Secretary, Alvin.
Five Square will not open for this weekend’s game vs Wolves as it is very late Sun/early Mon and previous season’s attendance has been rather poor for games at this time slot. #yousnoozewealllose We also have a Europa League home game v Sporting Lisbon which is live on Singtel and Starhub at 4am on Fri but no screening as usual at Five Square for this. No collection of membership cards till Sat 25 Nov 8-9pm and we are unable to mail out membership cards, you need to come down and collect.
Reminder, our year end party is on Sat 8 Dec from 730pm to 930pm and the game that night is vs Huddersfield Town at 11pm. We will have a buffet dinner (no pork, no beef and some vegetarian choices), plus a charity auction of a shirt signed by Unai Emery, kindly donated by Emirates, games, quizzes, and prizes galore so sign up for it ASAP. Last year we made it a free event and we had over 20% no shows which led to a lot of wasted food. In order to avoid a repeat, we are charging $10 per person and each member can bring one guest, so $10 for 1 person, $20 for 2. Signups are first come, first served, limited to 100 pax. The whole amount collected will be donated to Children’s Aid Society, none of it will be kept by the club.
