International week is ending soon. Let’s look forward to an Arsenal game this Sunday, 18th October 2020 at 12.30 am, as the team travelled to the Etihad to play against City. It’ll be a reunion for Arteta and I am not sure if any bromance would take place at the touchline with Pep. Will there be a Partey this weekend? We shall see..
If you have been following our social media, you would have noticed the Pre-Arsene Livestream event gathering that happened on the early morning of 13th October 2020. We have 24 members registered for the event. It was the Club’s first event for this new season and it was a big success despite organising it via Zoom. Some of them walked away with Arts House’s goodie bags, each worth $100 and an Arsenal jersey, leather pouches and rubix cubes during the trivia. And after that, we watched Arsene live on screen. It was an inspiring event, with him sharing how much he loves and adores Arsenal. One Arsene Wenger, there’s only one Arsene Wenger!!
Our renewal and sign-up are still ongoing. To those that have not renewed and still receive the newsletters, I urge you to do so. It will be an exciting season ahead of us. Do take some time and renew via our online portal, https://members.arsenalsingapore.com/v2/membership
For Club matters, you can still purchase the Arsenal jerseys (home and away) at the special rate and get a 20% discount on sports goods (except sale/promotional items) from Crown Sports at Peninsula Shopping Centre. There is no news on the restock of the third kit as of now. Present your current membership card or if you have not received your new membership card, the payment receipt from PayPal/Arsenal Sg, when making purchases.
The Club is thankful to the members who have shared their Arsenal photos and the completed questionnaires for the ‘Meet-the-Member’ initiative. To the others, I encourage you to share a photo of yourself in any Arsenal kit, answer the questionnaire attached and email to shai@arsenalsingapore.com with your name and membership number.
The Legends Club (TLC) has expanded its discounts offers to Penny Black, Le Noir, Muddy Murphy’s, Sahara, the Exchange, Mogambo and Aris Studio, as well as their TLC online merchandise store and others. The annual membership subscription for our members is $15 (originally USD15). Do consider to sign-up as TLC organised events with legendary football players.
And finally, one of our members, Jinfu, has offered us a special price to print Arsenal cup fonts for this season’s jersey. To those that have bought the jerseys and not sure what to print, he’s the man to look out for. I think the third kit, with the pink cup fonts, is fantastic.
