So Easter was not good this year for Arsenal. We won in 2018 and 2019. But not in 2021. I guess the international break got the better of them. Losing 3-0 at home to Liverpool is one thing but the manner the team had lost the match is another.
It was an abysmal and a lousy performance from Arsenal. And while Liverpool is going through a similar patch like us, we made them look like a truly good side. Arsenal was badly outplayed throughout the game. There was no doubt that key players were missing but the line-up was not bad at all. It was their performances that were very poor and in disarray.
Once again, the team has to start all over again for Arteta to rebuilt. Hopefully, the manager can rally the players, as the next two games will be tough. Especially the Europa League quarter final against Slavia Prague at the Emirates on Friday, 9 April 2021 at 3 am, in which we must play very, very well to have the advantage over them for the first leg. The Europa League is Super-Vital for Arsenal this season. Following that, Arsenal travels to Bramal Lane to play Sheffield United on Monday, 12 April 2021 at 2 am for the EPL. Two early morning games in the span of 3 days. Come on Arsenal!!
As previously shared, Arsenal SG will be holding an end-of-season Zoom gathering on 1 May 2021, from 4.30 pm to 6.30 pm. It’ll be something like our 10th year anniversary party when Lauren joined us. Similarly, for this event, we have secured an Arsenal legend to join us but the difference is that he won’t be physically with us. It’ll be via Zoom. But still, the fun remains. Here’s another clue, he is French and a midfielder for Arsenal!! #whoisthat
We have two signed Arsenal jerseys for auction as well. I would like to rally all our members to gather and join the event. Follow our social media for more insights of the event! Further updates will be provided in the coming weeks!
Come on you Gooners!!
