1 nil to the Arsenal! A couple of 1 nil away wins in the last week saw us end the week on top of the premier league and Europa league tables. Such great results as previously I felt we tend to suffer after the away games in the Europa League. Leeds put up a great fight in the 2nd half but I think we can all applaud the fight the lads shown to hold on to the lead. Title challenges/wins are built on such gritty wins away from home and long may this fighting spirit continue

Another Europa League game & premier league away trip awaits later this week as we take on PSV Eindhoven and then travel to St Mary’s on Sunday (LIVE @ #WTF) a win against PSV will virtually seal spot in the knockout stages in the Europa League, I though Mikel Arteta’s team selections for the Europa League games have been spot on in the previous 3 games, having a healthy blend of senior and young players. It will likely be the same this Friday morning let’s hope results will be the same and we see Nketiah get himself back to the scoring sheet.
Southampton away on Sunday, a place where we have had some struggles with in the past, though they are way lower on the table, wouldn’t be surprised if they put in a good fight like Leeds last Sunday. Personally hoping for cooler heads to tide through bad moments in the game and another 6 points from 6 this week!

Match Tickets at The Emirates
Anyone interested in purchasing match tickets through the club, please email to dhanesh@arsenalsingapore.com for details and enquiries. Arsenal provides us with a ‘window’ to apply for each game, which usually closes 8-10 weeks prior to the match. So, it is important for you to review our website in advance when planning a trip to London as once the window shuts, there is no way of applying for the tickets for that particular match.
