Last week’s fixtures saw us lose 2-0 against PSV, this left us with all to do this Friday morning against FC Zurich to secure top spot of the Europa League table. We did bounce back superbly however with a 5 star performance against Forest. An early header by Gabriel Martinelli gave us the lead in the first half, Saka then got injured and Reis Nelson came on and started the 2nd half on fire. 2 quick goals from Nelson, a wonder-strike from Partey and Odegaard secured the points and sent us all home happy. Fingers crossed, Saka’s injury isn’t too serious, we will really need him for Sunday’s marquee game.

Europa league action continues this week. We’ve 4 games left before the world cup break and it starts on Friday morning. A win will see us top the Europa League group and then on to Sunday, a game away at Stamford bridge. Chelsea are reeling off the defeat at Brighton where they full backs got exposed badly. Hopefully Arteta is taking notes and ensures that our wingers go at them from the first min with energy and intent. Our game on Sunday against Chelsea will be screened LIVE at WTF 49 Club Street Singapore 069426, so do come down and cheer on the gunners!

Match Tickets at The Emirates
Anyone interested in purchasing match tickets through the club, please email to dhanesh@arsenalsingapore.com for details and enquiries. Arsenal provides us with a ‘window’ to apply for each game, which usually closes 8-10 weeks prior to the match. So, it is important for you to review our website in advance when planning a trip to London as once the window shuts, there is no way of applying for the tickets for that particular match.
