What a weekend we had! A 2-0 win against Wolves on Sunday morning ensured that we stay top of the league, 5 points clear of Man City! With the first part of the season done and dusted, we can be very happy with how the lads started season and can now start praying for no injuries and that the players come back from the World Cup recharged and ready to go.
Along with the good news from the weekend, we have some exciting announcements exclusive for our members.
Guess the winner competition
The World Cup is starting on 20 November 2022. Many exciting teams are vying for the trophy. Unfortunately, WTF will not be taking up the World Cup package due to the late games. We will update you if there are any events or screenings at WTF for members to join. For now, this is your chance to predict the World Cup champion. The winner will win themself a jersey of the country they chose (subject to availability or another jersey of their choice). To participate, submit the form as follow:

Group trip to the Emirates
The club is organising a group trip to watch Arsenal v Leeds, scheduled on 1 April 2023. The package will include flights, accommodations, stadium tour, match tickets (option of getting box ticket at a special rate, if everyone agrees) and transportation. The club will try to ask Arsenal Football Club for a special arrangement to meet a player post-match, subject to approval.
The tentative price is between $2,000 – $2,400 (single or twin room), subject to confirmation and the number of members going for the game.

Match Tickets at The Emirates
Anyone interested in purchasing match tickets through the club, please email to dhanesh@arsenalsingapore.com for details and enquiries. Arsenal provides us with a ‘window’ to apply for each game, which usually closes 8-10 weeks prior to the match. So, it is important for you to review our website in advance when planning a trip to London as once the window shuts, there is no way of applying for the tickets for that particular match.
