Our member Riaz Thaqif shares his visit to The Arsenal to watch the team take on PSV Eindhoven in September 2023.

Wow, what a thrilling return for Arsenal in the UEFA Champions League! We faced off against PSV in an eagerly awaited match at the Emirates Stadium. Let me tell you, the atmosphere was absolutely electric. Arsenal fans had been waiting for this moment for seven long years, and you could feel their excitement despite the chilly, rainy weather.

And guess what? Arsenal didn’t let anyone down. They put on a stellar performance on the field, securing a stunning 4-0 victory with goals by Saka, Trossard, Jesus, and our skipper Odegaard. The goals were met with thunderous cheers and celebrations that made it a night we’ll never forget.

I want to give a big shoutout to the Arsenal Singapore Supporters Club for giving my father and I the incredible opportunity to witness this moment live at the Emirates Stadium. It was a night filled with passion and joy. We will never forget this moment for the rest of our lives.
