Our member Ali Azhari shares his visit to The Arsenal to watch the team take on Newcastle in January 2025.

First off, just wanna say thank you to Dhanesh and everyone at Arsenal Singapore for giving me this opportunity. Yes, we did lose against Newcastle in the Carabao Cup, and for that it is a little bittersweet. But the atmosphere pre-game was intense! It was crowded, it was lively, oh, it was lovely! At the upper deck of the stadium, the view was good, felt super near, I could hear Raya thumping the ball down the pitch. Pretty strong legs I must say. Also saw our corner tactics in action up close, though we did not manage to score this time round. Singing North London Forever before kickoff and hearing my fellow Arsenal fans belting it out was a really cool feeling. I hope we win at least one silverware this season! Come On You Gunners!!!
