Our member Ferlyn Tan shares his visit to The Arsenal to watch the team take on West Ham in February 2025.

Making the walk to Emirates Stadium amongst thousands of gooners is one of the things we’ll never forget. The energy that everyone had going into a home game on home soil was fantastic, and you hear spontaneous Arsenal chants as we get closer to the stadium.

Once we got seated, we were greeted by the breathtaking view of the Emirates stadium that’s completely full and decked out in Arsenal red. The air was electric, and we were just completely ecstatic and couldn’t believe we were there.
Then came the North London forever song. I mean, it’s not something you can explain without being there yourself. We all teared while singing the anthem—one of the things we’ll take with us forever!

Yes, Arsenal lost to West Ham, and that hurt like hell. Just our luck to catch the only home game defeat in the league this season. To say we were gobsmacked is an understatement. But while it was a tough loss to take, it doesn’t take away the incredible experience we had.

To top it off, we also had a legends tour of the Emirates Stadium with Perry Groves which was super fun, and he was so personable and showed that he is a true Gooner through and through. To experience the locker room is definitely a trip highlight!
