Greetings Gooners!

4-point out of 6 for the Gunners last week, while the Reds dropped 2-point. If only we won against the Toffees, but it will always be the could have, should have or would have in this very dynamic English Premier League. For now, it’s an 11-point difference in the league with 7 more games to go before the season ends.

As shared by the Arsenal players in the recent social media posting, tonight’s Champions League semi-final game against Real Madrid will be a dream, magical, special and amazing. It is the first leg at the Emirates. Game is scheduled on 9 April 2025 at 3 am. No live screening. I will never forget the 2005/2006 season when we beat the Galacticos 1-0 in Madrid, thanks to Henry’s solo goal, and then drew 0-0 to qualify for the quarter final. That was indeed a dream, a magical, special and amazing game in that era. Will history repeat itself for the Gunners?

Following that, Arsenal hosts Brentford on 13 April 2025 at 12.30 am for the Premiership. No live screening. The Bees have yet to beat the Gunners for the past 4 seasons. Hope it remains that way, and may the Gunners get that 3-points. Meanwhile, Liverpool plays against the Hammers on the same day at 9 pm. An advantage to them once again, as Arsenal plays earlier and they have no midweek game.

Arsenal v Spurs in Hong Kong, 31 July 2025

Kindly email me if you’re interested in travelling to HK for the game. We want to tabulate the numbers if it is worth organising a group tour. While there’s a very high chance of Arsenal coming to Singapore before the HK trip, it will be great to watch a London Derby in South-East Asia.

Quote of the week

"People ask me what I do in the winter when there's no baseball. I'll tell you what I do. I stare out the window and wait for spring."
