Good morning Gooners!

This week will be a major one for Arsenal and Gooners all over the world. Everyone is aware that Liverpool has won the EPL. But there is no time to rest on our laurels as the team faces a huge pressure, i.e., 1. Win silverware and bring hope to a good 2024/2025 season, and what’s missing in the cabinet these gazillion years is the Champions League trophy, and 2. To secure the second position in the EPL and celebrate our 54th St Totteringhams Day.

The match against the French Champion is tomorrow, 30 April 2025 at 3.00 am. No live screening. PSG was beaten 2-0 during the first round of the Champions League by Arsenal, but the team has since bounced back stronger to dominate Ligue One. Not an easy game for sure, and this will be a big test of Arsenal’s dominant play.

Next, from Polling Station to the Election results and then an EPL match against mid-table Bournemouth on the weekend. The game is on Sunday, 4 May 2025 at 12.30 am. No live screening. 3-point is all that matters!

Take note that links that are shared are dedicated to the reserved 4 sections only and not the others. The main purpose is for us to sit together as official supporters. You can bring your guests, who are non-members, to join us in these areas. To purchase tickets at other sections, you have to book directly with the Ticketek website. No discount is offered to us. Children aged 3 years old and above require match tickets. 1 person can book a maximum of 10 tickets. Take note that (area 429 and 430) and (area 130 and 131) are not connected.

More updates: A training session will be held on 30 July, and the match is on 31 July. The tickets are about HKD600 ($100) and HKD1,700 (S$280) respectively.

As mentioned in the newsletter, those interested in going will have to make their accommodation and hotel arrangements. The club will arrange bulk ticket orders from the organiser directly on your behalf so that all Singapore Gooners will sit together at the stadium. I require those interested in the trip to email me the following:

1. Name
2. Membership number
3. Number of tickets for training
4. Number of tickets for NLD match  
5. Whatsapp contact number

Please reply by 4 May 2025, latest by 10.00 pm. I will then create a group chat and share more details, such as the exact cost and how to transfer the payment for the tickets, etc.
