Our member Josh Bowyer shares his visit to The Arsenal to watch the team take on Real Madrid in April 2025.

Watching Arsenal vs Real Madrid was an unforgettable experience—one of those rare nights where everything just clicks and leaves you in awe. From the moment the whistle blew, Arsenal played with an intensity, fluidity, and confidence I’ve not seen for a while. It was hands down the best performance I’ve ever witnessed from the team—every player stepped up, and it felt like they had something to prove on the big stage.

Declan Rice’s stunning free kick. It was pure class—curling over the wall and dipping perfectly into the top corner. The crowd erupted, and you could feel the energy shift in that moment. It wasn’t just a goal; it was a statement. Seeing him deliver like that, with such composure and flair, gave me goosebumps.

Massive thanks to Arsenal Singapore for making this all possible. I’m so grateful to have been part of the game and this amazing community. It was great to meet Melody and Joel too! I can’t wait for the next game. Nights like this remind me exactly why I love this club!
