Our member Wisely Tan shares his visit to The Arsenal to watch the team take on Brighton & Hove Albion in December 2025.

A special atmosphere surrounded this year’s Boxing Day fixture as we took on Brighton. The crowd was electrifying from the start, and the stadium erupted when the captain, Ødegaard, scored the opening goal with a well-placed shot beyond the keeper.

After the half-time break, the crowd went wild again following an own goal from a misplaced header at a set piece. However, things became slightly nervy after Brighton took their chance to score and began seeing more of the ball in our half. It was a tense spell, and special kudos to Raya for a fantastic save that helped preserve our lead. It was also great to see Gabriel back, as he helped steady the ship and see the game out.

Special mention to Dhanesh for helping to secure the tickets and allowing us to enjoy a truly memorable Arsenal experience in London.
