Good morning Gooners!

Another emotionally roller-coaster ride and nerve-wrecking journey last week, thanks to the Gunners.

A Draw feels Like a Defeat: Wolves 2-2 Arsenal
It was a night of “what ifs” at the Molineux. Arsenal looked to be cruising after Bukayo Saka opened the scoring early and Piero Hincapié doubled the lead in the second half. However, a strike from Hugo Bueno shifted the momentum back to the hosts. In a chaotic final sequence, a defensive mix-up in the 94th minute allowed Wolves’ debutant, Tom Edozie, to snatch a draw. A bitter pill to swallow, but a wake-up call for the squad.

Derby’s Delights: Spurs 1-4 Arsenal
North London is Red! The Gunners responded to the Wolves disappointment in the best possible way. Eberechi Eze and Viktor Gyökeres both netted braces to dismantle Spurs in their own backyard. Despite a brief scare when Kolo Muani equalized for Tottenham in the first half, Arsenal’s second-half dominance was total. The victory re-established a five-point lead at the summit of the Premier League. The absence of a midweek game is a massive boost, giving the boys plenty of time to recover and find their rhythm before the next big test.

Arsenal vs Chelsea (Premier League) – Live Screening at BQ Bar
Date: Monday, 2nd March 2026, Kick-off: 12.30 AM
Live screening at BQ Bar.

Arsenal returns to the Emirates to face a Chelsea side that has been a thorn in their side lately. This will be the fourth meeting between the two this season. While Arsenal recently knocked the Blues out of the Carabao Cup semi-finals with a late Kai Havertz winner, the league meeting at Stamford Bridge earlier this season ended in a 1-1 stalemate.

As Manchester City keeps up the pressure with a game in hand, Arsenal faces a ‘must-win’ scenario. Liam Rosenior’s Chelsea has shown the tactical discipline to challenge the top four, and with three draws in our last five home meetings against the Blues, Sunday’s clash promises to be another tactical chess match.

"People ask me what I do in the winter when there's no baseball. I'll tell you what I do. I stare out the window and wait for spring."
