Our member Maurice Tan shares his visit to The Arsenal to watch the team take on Liverpool in January 2026.

Not Storm Goretti, jet lag or the freezing cold could keep me away.  North London forever, whatever the weather!

Pre match atmosphere was in full swing, with plenty of chanting especially:

You’ll fall in love I know you will Our number 6, is the king of Brazil Our centre half He’ll give you hell Our wall at the back is Gabriel Ole ole, ole ola!

Clock end view of the match was fantastic. Set pieces like this really got the crowd excited. Unfortunately wasn’t our day, and the final bittersweet scoreline of 0-0 despite our best efforts.

Thankfully as I’m writing this Arsenal is leading the table quite nicely!
