Our member Jonathan shares his visit to The Arsenal to watch the team take on Bodo/Glimt and Liverpool
My very first trip to London brought with it much excitement, having secured tickets via ASC to both our home games against Bodo Glimt and Liverpool. I was fortunate to get a seat in the upper tier at the Clock End above the corner flag and the away team supporters, with a pretty good view overlooking the entire pitch. The match atmosphere was terrific, possibly the best it’s been at the Emirates since its opening and the connection between players and fans was evident on numerous occasions throughout the match. But of course, the trip wouldn’t have been truly memorable without the big, elusive W against Liverpool, which the Gunners duly delivered. I felt so privileged to have been part of our 12th man roaring us on to a statement win against our rivals and sending us back to the top of the league! COYG!!!
