It wasn’t the most comfortable match in North London, but a potential champion finds a way to win when they aren’t at their best. It took 9 minutes for Eberechi Eze to find the net. Following a clever short-corner routine involving Noni Madueke and Kai Havertz, Eze curled a stunning finish into the top corner. David Raya was instrumental once again, pulling off a world-class save from a dipping Sandro Tonali strike to keep our lead intact.
The win came at a cost. Kai Havertz was forced off in the first half with a muscular issue, and goal-scorer Eze also picked up a knock. We’ll be holding our breath for the medical updates ahead of the midweek trip to Madrid. With this win, we move 3 points clear at the top of the Premier League!

For the first time in our history, the Gunners have reached back-to-back Champions League semi-finals. Standing between us and the final is Diego Simeone’s resilient Atletico Madrid. We faced them earlier this season in the group stages and dominated with a 4-0 win at the Emirates, but the Metropolitano is a different beast entirely. We’ll need discipline and patience.
